The Service

Construction Perks is an online directory of construction software and local service providers, including listings, deals, and an email newsletter.

Listings & No Endorsement

Listings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, certify, or guarantee any listed software or service provider, their qualifications, pricing, availability, or the accuracy or completeness of any listing. Any ratings, descriptions, or rankings are editorial and may not be current. You are responsible for independently verifying any provider before engaging them, and any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Submissions

If you submit a listing or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote it. We may review, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Paid Listings

Paid placements and upgrades are billed through Stripe. Payment does not guarantee any specific results, traffic, or leads. Fees for paid placements are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, infringe others’ rights, or misuse it through scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Construction Perks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Construction Perks harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
